施主のご要望は大勢集まりホームパーティーのできるＬＤＫ、ご夫婦でたくさん所有されている本や奥様が集めている雑貨を収納できる家族共有の棚など。南側に庭と広めのテラスを配置。庭に面したサッシは全開口することができ、LDKと庭をつなぎます。出来立ての料理をすぐに庭に運ぶことができるよう、キッチンを庭の近くに設け、ホームパーティーに来られたお客様が玄関を入って靴を脱がずにそのまま庭に出られるよう計画しました。

第3回トステム設計コンテスト[サッシ部門]佳作
Among the client’s requests for this project were a large kitchen/living/dining room where they could hold big parties, and plenty of shared family shelves to store the couple’s large collection of books and the wife’s knickknacks.The house includes a garden and broad terrace on the south side. It is possible to completely open the glass doors facing the garden to connect it with the kitchen/living/dining room. The kitchen is directly next to the garden so that freshly prepared food can be carried outside easily, and the house is laid out so guests can go directly from the entryway to the garden without removing their shoes.

No just design or capabilities, but focus on various architectural essence.
Timeless longevity endeared for years, and guarding people’s lives…
this is the concept we pursue.
