静寂性を求められるオフィスエリアを2階へ工場を1階へ配置することで、騒音・粉塵・塗装工程における有機溶剤臭の問題を解決しました。
1階工場の吹き抜けに面した2階のオフィスからは下階の工場を一望することができ、生産ラインの状況を随時確認することが可能です。
急な注文や材料搬入の遅れに対して臨機応変に事務所と工場が連携を図ることができます。２階ランチルームには社員が自由に使えるキッチンがあり、社員全員が顔を見ながら食事を愉しむことができます。
いつでもどこにいても工場スタッフとオフィススタッフの笑顔が見え隠れする、結束力の高いチームを生み出す健康的なオフィスです。

A factory and office building planned for the production of exterior wall corner materials.
By placing the quiet office area on the second floor and the factory on the first floor, issues related to noise, dust, and odors from organic solvents used in the painting process were effectively resolved.
The second-floor office overlooks the first-floor factory through a void, allowing staff to monitor production line conditions at any time. This layout enables the office and factory teams to coordinate flexibly in response to sudden orders or delays in material deliveries.
The second-floor lunchroom is equipped with a kitchen that all employees can freely use, providing a space where everyone can gather and enjoy meals together.
It is a healthy workplace that fosters a highly cohesive team—an environment where the smiles of both factory and office staff are visible from anywhere at any time.
